Motorola has officially made its latest affordable smartphone available in the US. The company’s newest budget offering, the Moto G Power 2026, is now up for grabs with a starting price of $299.99 through Motorola’s official store. After being unveiled late last year, the phone is finally reaching buyers who want a long-lasting device without paying flagship-level prices.

One of the biggest highlights of the Moto G Power 2026 is its battery life. Motorola says the phone can deliver up to 49 hours of use on a single charge, making it an appealing choice for people who rely heavily on their phones throughout the day. Compared to the previous generation, this model packs a noticeably larger battery, continuing the Moto G Power line’s reputation for endurance.

On the front, the phone features a 6.8-inch FHD+ display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. This higher refresh rate helps scrolling feel fluid and makes casual gaming more enjoyable, especially for a phone in the budget category. The display size also makes it comfortable for streaming, reading, and social media use.

Powering the Moto G Power 2026 is MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 chipset. While it is not designed to compete with high-end processors, it handles everyday tasks like browsing, messaging, video playback, and light gaming with ease. More demanding games may require lower settings, but for typical daily use, performance should remain steady and reliable.

The phone comes equipped with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal UFS 2.2 storage. For users who need more space, Motorola has included a microSD card slot that supports expansion up to 1TB. This makes it easy to store photos, videos, and apps without worrying about running out of room.

In the camera department, the Moto G Power 2026 features a 50MP main camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. This setup is designed to cover everyday photography needs, from standard shots to wider scenes. An ambient light sensor helps improve image consistency, particularly in changing lighting conditions.

Motorola has also focused on durability with this model. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and the phone carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It also meets MIL-STD-810H standards, adding another layer of toughness for users who need a phone that can handle rougher environments.

Additional features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is becoming increasingly rare on modern smartphones, along with NFC support for contactless payments. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor provides quick and convenient unlocking, and the phone supports 30W wired charging for faster top-ups.

Out of the box, the Moto G Power 2026 runs Android 16, giving users access to the latest software features and security updates. Those interested in learning more about the newest version of Android can explore this detailed overview of Android 16 for additional context.

In terms of design, the phone is available in two color options: Pantone Pure Cashmere and Pantone Evening Blue. Motorola is selling the device unlocked through its own website, as well as major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. Carrier availability is coming soon, but not all at once. Motorola has confirmed that the Moto G Power 2026 will arrive on networks such as Cricket Wireless, Tracfone, Visible, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Simple Mobile, and AT&T over the next few months. Until then, unlocked buyers can use the phone on compatible networks right away.

With its large battery, smooth display, durable build, and expandable storage, the Moto G Power 2026 continues Motorola’s tradition of delivering practical features at an accessible price point.
